Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from our checkout provider. Still nothing after 24 hours? Send us the email address you used at checkout and we’ll resend it.
The file won’t open
The ebook is a PDF. On phones, open it with Apple Books, Files, Google Drive or any PDF reader. If it still won’t open, tell us your device and we’ll send a fresh copy.
Can I get a refund?
See the refunds section of our Terms. Email us with your order email and we’ll take care of it.
I was charged twice
