These terms explain what you get when you buy the ebook, how delivery and refunds work, and how you may use the file. Please read them before purchasing.
1. Agreement
These terms apply to your use of [website] and your purchase of the digital ebook Never Feel Awkward in Photos Again (the “Ebook”), sold by [business] (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying the Ebook, you agree to these terms.
2. The product
The Ebook is a digital PDF file of 77 pages. Nothing physical will be shipped. You need a device that can open PDF files (most phones, tablets and computers can).
3. Price and payment
The price is shown on the sales page at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely by PayPal, and you also agree to PayPal’s terms. Depending on your location, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout. We may change the price at any time, but changes never affect orders already paid.
4. Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, you will get a download link on the confirmation page and/or by email, usually within a few minutes. If you don’t receive it within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then email itszacktouil@gmail.com with your order email address.
5. Refunds
Because the Ebook is delivered instantly and can’t be “returned,” [EDIT TO MATCH YOUR POLICY — Option A:] all sales are final, except in the cases below. We will always refund or fix the problem if:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- the file is damaged or won’t open and we can’t send you a working copy;
- you never received the Ebook.
Customers in the EU/EEA and UK: you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. By completing your purchase, you ask for immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once the download is made available. This does not affect the refund cases listed above.

PayPal Buyer Protection. Payments are processed by PayPal. If you paid with your PayPal account, your purchase may also be covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, under PayPal’s own terms, if the Ebook is not received or is significantly not as described. We’d appreciate it if you contact us first so we can fix any problem quickly.
6. Your licence to use the Ebook
When you buy the Ebook, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download it, read it and print it for your own use. You may not:
- share, resell, give away or upload the file (or parts of it) anywhere, including file-sharing sites, groups or chats;
- copy, edit or republish its text, illustrations or design as your own;
- use it to create a competing product or for commercial training without written permission.
Short quotes with credit for reviews or social posts are welcome.
7. Intellectual property
The Ebook, this website and all their text, illustrations, design and branding belong to [business] or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Buying the Ebook does not transfer ownership of any of it to you.
8. Results and disclaimer
The Ebook offers general, educational tips about posing, body language and feeling more comfortable in photos. Results depend on each person, and we don’t promise any particular outcome. The Ebook is not medical, psychological or professional advice. If you experience significant anxiety, please consider speaking with a qualified professional. Use common sense and stay safe when practising poses outdoors or around railings, edges, traffic or crowds.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Ebook and website are provided “as is,” and our total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to the amount you paid for the Ebook. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
10. Use of the website
Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to hack it, overload it, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful. The site may contain links to other websites (such as Meta or TikTok); we are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Governing law
